How do we gather your personal data?
The data processed by REALE are provided by you through the different forms that you complete when navigating our website, depending on whether they belong to REALE Seguros or REALE Vida, as well as when using the quotation and simulations services for the different products offered on our website. In addition, we process data that can be obtained from public records or other legally permitted sources.
You are responsible for ensuring that the data provided is true, exact, complete and current, and will be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may occur as a result of a breach of this obligation. Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) To respond to queries, requests, complaints and applications made, based on your consent.
b) To develop and manage insurance applications, tariffs, quotations or the contracting of products that you request from us. This processing is necessary to execute the pre-contractual and contractual relations that you enter with REALE.

d) For profiling purposes through marketing studies and statistical and segmentation techniques and procedures that allow us to apply improvements and select special products and service offers that match your characteristics and needs. REALE SEGUROS GENERALES, S.A. and REALE VIDA Y PENSIONES, S.A. (hereinafter jointly referred to as REALE), are insurance companies that carry out insurance distribution activities.

2. Purpose and scope.
2.1. The Web Page or Website has been set up by REALE to allow anyone who is interested in doing so to access and safely perform the following actions online: search for information, pricing and contracting of the products or services offered, as well as the subsequent management of certain aspects of the contractual relationship once the client has contracted products or services offered by REALE.
2.2. Accessing, navigating and using the Website entails and implies acceptance by the user of this Legal Notice and the Terms and Conditions of Use that it includes. In this respect, "User" shall be understood as the person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities, both free and subject to payment, available on the Website.

11. Complaints procedure
11.1. REALE has a Customer Care and Protection Service located at Calle Príncipe de Vergara No. 125, 28002 in Madrid, whose email address is serviciodeatencionydefensa.clientes@reale.es. Written Complaints or Claims may also be submitted to Via Augusta 258, 1º, 08017 in Barcelona. A free helpline is also available on +34 900 211 021.
The mission of this Department is to deal with and resolve complaints and claims made by individuals or companies that are users of REALE's services, provided said complaints and claims refer to their legally recognised rights and interests resulting from contracts, regulations on transparency and customer protection, or the good practices and customs of the insurance sector. Complaints and claims may be submitted in person at any REALE office that is open to the public. Complaint and claim forms are available from all REALE offices. In addition, complaints may be sent by certified post to the REALE Customer Care and Protection Service at the aforementioned address, using the same forms indicated above, or by email, in which case an electronic signature must be attached pursuant to the Electronic Signatures Act 59/2003 of 19 December.
The Customer Care and Protection Service must resolve the Complaint or Claim within the time set out in the Regulation.
11.2. If you do not agree with the decision made by the Customer Care and Protection Service, your claim can be processed, on appeal, by the Customer Ombudsman, at C/ Marqués de la Ensenada nº 2, 3ª Planta, 28004 Madrid, Fax No. 91 308 49 91, email reclamaciones@da-defensor.org, or before the Claims Service of the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds, an entity belonging to the Ministry of Finance, Industry and Competitiveness, located at Paseo de la Castellana 44, 28046 in Madrid, www.dgsfp.mineco.es/reclamaciones/index.asp; alternatively, you may file a claim in the civil courts.
12. Jurisdiction
The relationships established between REALE and the User will be subject to the terms of the applicable legislation currently in force and the competent jurisdiction. However, in cases where the regulations provide for the possibility of the parties submitting to a specific jurisdiction, REALE and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them, shall refer any disputes or litigations to the courts and tribunals in the city of Madrid.
