    What to do in the event of a loss at home?
    • Please call us on the Reale Householders' helpline 902 56 54 77. An English-speaking member of staff will respond to your query.

    What does Reale Householders' quality commitment consist of?
    • At Reale we promise to comply with the following response deadlines. 
    • Within 24 hours a technician will contact you to arrange a visit to analyse the claim unless the causes are attributable to the insured.
    • Within 48 hours you will be notified of the planned schedule of assistance. Thereafter, each technician will  inform you of the dates to visit your property.
    • Within 72 hours the repairers will begin to work except when it is necessary to replace materials for which, due to the characteristics of their manufacture or delivery, a different deadline must be set. The repairers shall inform the insured of the said situation in writing, and the 72-hour period for the start of the repair shall commence when the repairman receives the materials.

      If we don´t meet these deadlines we will refund your premium.
